 Today in class we took some notes. The first part of class we wrote down new vocabularies, more complex words. Then the other half of class we took notes on what Formal language is and what Informal language is. I think I need more practice with Formal language. I am really used to slang and contractions. I also feel like I need more practice on making more complex sentences, I wouldn't say they're too bad but maybe too basic for a 12th grader. 

Today in class we took some notes for the literature analysis we are going to do next week. We focused on the process on how we should draft, revise and finally "publish". It's not the complete list of what are in my notes. Then as a class we focused on clustering, practicing with Jobs. I was super sleepy from last night, and I didn't have coffee for this morning so I stoped by at Starbucks and I mentally wasn't even in class. I tired my best to pay attention. I was pretty neutral about today's lesson, not something I enjoyed per say but of course I somewhat enjoyed learning another way to start a writing.

 ABSENT 

 Today in class we read Act two, Scene one. Before we went over how to do a Literary Analysis. I think I'll do fine when we have to do over the play but I will try my best to make it better then okay. I've already seen the movie but like I would say a year ago now, with my parents. So I do remember how some things go down. Today when we were reading the part when Troy finally admits to Rose that his been sleeping with another women comes. Of course Rose DID NOT take it well, of course who would. I will say the movie did a really good, yes it did have very good actors. Troy really isn't a good man, yes I get his past but I think a "Man" knows whats right and wrong. This makes me greatful my parents still are intimate with each other because I find it cute when my dad is lovey dovey with my mom and this dosen't cause breakage in the family.... besides what I just said, I wanna go home. Thursday in the afternoon my sister is coming from El Salvador so I can't...

 Today in class we read more of "Fences" were are now like more the half way I would say. Today in class we learned more of Tory Teen life, how his Dad was. How his past isn't the best. He got beat from his own dad, he was a robber and then made a young lady get pregnant and he had to start to rob more for three people. There was an aftermath as he was stealing from a man with a knife the man had shot him. I think this gives him more of a character of how he is but still dosen't justify how he is now in the story with Rose and Lyons and Cory. It was alright today was pretty neutral. I'm honestly just ready to go home today. 

 Today we answered questions about the play, each act. It was really calming just that I got to school late so I couldn't finish. It really didn't impact me, Although I do like to do questions like today. I just like how quiet the class is and how its like private with my answers and the paper rather then saying my ideas related to what we're talking in class out loud, but that just me. I'm honestly just ready to go home already. 

 Today in class we read more of Fences, we were able to get half way. I read in one act for the part of Rose. We got to see how Troy and his son Cory are. Cory is busy with football form school and can't keep up with a partime job. There was a part where Cory asked his dad if he liked him, and Troy said no how it was responsibitly. How Troy goes to Taylors every saturday according to Rose... wonder why. I think the only thing that "impacted" me was what Troy said to his son about it being a responsibility. That Cory has a roof and food. It makes me thing about how my parents are with me, thankfully they do of course do there responsibilitys to me and my older brother, of having food and roof and good house. While still giving affection like some people may make the case of how a parent should be. The book has been getting intersting so I'm starting to like it. Besides that now I have to study for a math test for tomorrow.  

 Today in class we restarted were left off yesterday in class. We learned who was lyons is, how he is Troys son from a previous marriage. How he wants to be a "musician" but dosen't put effort, his 34. It really dosen't have a big impact on me. I learned more of how cold Troy is, how he really just blabs and blabs. I wouldn't say theres anything I don't like but theres not much I do like anyways. I just do what the lesson is pretty neutral about my classes all together. So far today has been alright, I'm not sleepy like yesterday but I am hungry. 

  Today in class we did a recap of what we learned on Friday and we started reading Fences. Right now so far I wouldn't say the book has impacted me in anyway. The knowledge so far is about the characters. How Troy is and Bono, Rose. What I like is how were reading a really intersting book, just not the fact we have to read outloud. I would say at first its not my forte but then its decently good. Besides running on about 4 hours of sleep, Today was pretty chill, went to my classes. Set my reminders on my phone on what I need to do to not forget. Although I do need to do some notes and practice for some of my AP classes.
