Today in class we research what careers we could do after highschool. Our "Homework" being researching the pay, what education level to have, etc.

Today in class we read "The myth of the latin women" it talked about how a latin women gets treated. As an object, how isn't capable of prehaps accomplishing something big like being an author. Being latina too I understood some of the things in the writing. Although sometimes I do pass by these issues because people think I'm asian, I don't know how but they do. It was intersting hearing everyone else talk about the issues. I'm curious of other readings we might do in class.

Today in class we turned in our projects and random selection too present. Columbia was first, there is a really good columbian resturant in chamblee. Then it was Brazil, then mexico. and lastly it was guatemala. Class was pretty light today. Just for the fact that the class kinda struggled figuiring out where to put the slides. I feel like if I present tomorrow for Honduras I'll be fine but also nervous.

Today in class we got assigned projects. Since this unit is going to be about Latin American culture. I got assigned honduras, we have to talk about their food, the traditons, government system. Class we pretty chill not much happened.

Today in class we wrote our essay about Fences. I felt like I was ready but it turned out I really wasn't. It took me a while to write my introduction. Being at the end of my 2nd paragraph I was falling asleep. Thought I was able too to finish it. I did try my best although I kept zoning out and falling asleep. I'm super glad that I won't have to wake up early Friday and Monday. Sadly the normal schedule starts back p the following Tuesday.

Today in class we read over the prompts and going over the steps to write a good eassy. The clustering and the body paragraphs, writing the thesis statment. I choose to write about the house and it's meaning throughout the whole play. I started to cluster it out. I'll write like jotted down bullet points to know what I'm going to type tomorrow for class. It was a pretty chill day.

Today in class we went over on how to construct our paragraphs. Writing a claim and Evidence, Reasoning. As a class we did one together with the claim being; why does Troy think Lyons is not man enough. We got evidence as a class and even after "finishing" we revised it. Then the last 15 minutes we did one on our own. My claim was why Rose is a delicate character, I was only to two one evidence and reasoning and then another evidence but the bell had rang when I was starting my reasoning.
